Azul Andalusia Estates is an independent property advisory based in Sevilla, Andalusia, Spain. We help international buyers and sellers navigate the Spanish property market. We are not a law firm, a tax advisor, a mortgage broker, or a financial adviser; where specialist advice is required, we introduce you to qualified third-party professionals.
You may use this Site for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to copy, scrape, republish, or otherwise misuse any part of the Site, and not to interfere with its operation or attempt to access areas not made publicly available.
We try to keep the content of the Site accurate and up to date, but property markets, prices, fees, taxes, and regulations change frequently. Nothing on the Site constitutes legal, tax, financial, or investment advice, and you should not rely on it as a substitute for professional advice tailored to your circumstances.
The price ranges shown on the Site are indicative starting points. The exact scope, deliverables, fees, and payment schedule for any engagement will be set out in a separate written agreement (or engagement letter) before work begins. No service is delivered, and no obligation arises, until that agreement is signed by both parties.
Submitting an enquiry through the Site or booking a consultation does not create an advisory relationship. An advisory relationship begins only once a written engagement is in place. Initial consultations are offered free of charge and without obligation, unless otherwise stated.
Where we introduce you to lawyers, notaries, mortgage brokers, renovation specialists, or other professionals, we choose them carefully but do not control their work. Each professional contracts with you directly, on their own terms, and is responsible for the advice and services they provide.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or any Services is limited to the fees you have paid us in the previous 12 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost opportunities, or losses caused by third parties (including agents, sellers, or professionals we introduce). Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited under Spanish or UK law.
All text, design, photography, and other content on the Site is owned by Azul Andalusia Estates or our licensors and is protected by copyright. You may view and share the content for personal, non-commercial use; any other use requires our written consent.
The cancellation, refund, and termination terms for any paid service will be set out in your engagement agreement. For consumers based in the EU or UK, statutory cancellation rights apply where relevant.
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sevilla, except that consumers may also rely on the protections of their country of residence.
